Audit Report on The Account of Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni - Solan (For the Period 01.04.2010 to 30.03.2011)

Abstract

This report has been prepared for submission to the Government of Himachal Pradesh under article 45(3) of Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture & Forestry Act, 1986. Para‐1‐3 of the Report deals with the Financial Position, Grants‐in Aid received from HP Govt. and Govt. of India and findings of pre and post audit of University accounts for the year 2010‐11. Appendix IV of the Report contains the latest position of all outstanding Audit Paras, which were pointed out in Annual Audit Reports during the period 1987‐88 to 2009‐10. The latest position of all outstanding Audit Requisitions from 1994‐95 to 2009‐10 has been given in Appendix‐‘V’ of this report.
