Abstract

The Planning and Reconstruction Board constitued by the Government of Orissa in their Resolution No. 1672-P.R., dated the 15th September 1945, at its first meeting held on the 1st October 1945 appointed an Advisory Committee consisting of members to examine the First Draft of the Five-Year Plan of Post-War Reconstruction and Development in Orissa and to make recommendation to the Board for such additions, alterations and revision.
