Abstract: | In Nagaland, the responsibility of providing employment is viewed as an exclusive preserve of the Government. This is primarily due to the visibility of the huge Government workforce and also due to non existence of private players/enterprises with capacity to provide employment to the large pool of unemployed youths. And understandably, with the annual increase in the number of graduates and the consequent increase in the number of job seekers, the demand for creation of posts within the Government set-up has become widespread |
