Abstract

From Introduction, Preamble: A sum of money is annually set apart to be expended under these rules as grants-in-aid of recognised educational institutions under private management with the objects of extending and improving secular education in the State and such grants shall be given impartially and without reference to any religious instruction, to all such institutions, which impart sound secular instruction, subject to the conditions hereinafter specified and with due consideration of the requirements of each locality, and of each institution and of the funds available.
