Statistical Abstract of Gujarat State 2013

Abstract

From Preface: The publication "Statistical Abstract of Gujarat State - 2013” attempts to present latest available statistical data in the formats as recommended by the Working Group appointed by the Central Statistical Organisation, Government of India. The Statistical Abstract is a quite exhaustive volume which includes State & District level data on various developmental indicators arranged with sectoral heads of Economy. The Publication is divided in three parts. Part-I provides data on Social Statistics, Part-II presents Economic Statistics and Part-III covers statistics on miscellaneous sectors such as information on Joint Stock Companies, statistics relating to Public Sector Undertakings, Public Administration, etc. The data are presented in the form of time series in each table and for the terminal year which is given districtswise.
