| Abstract: | The Second Five-Year Plan of Bhiar originally comprised 487 schemes with a total outlay of Rs. 190.22 crores. But consequent upon the reduction in the size of the National Plan from Rs. 4,800 crores to Ks. 4,500 crores, the size of the State plan for Bihar also was reduced to Rs. 174.19 crores. |
