The credit framework, using the NSQF and National Occupational Standards, is an exercise in recognizing skills and education as part of an integrated learning system. It is an effort to bridge the gap between certificate and Diploma level and between Diploma and Degree levels by allowing for mobility from one to the other. It also provides an opportunity to graduates of vocational education to further pursue post graduate learning.en_US
