| Abstract: | From Introduction: The Draft Eighth Five Year Plan document for Sikkim State had already been forwarded to the Planning Commission with the approval of the State Cabinet in November, 1989. At the time of considering proposal relating to 1990-91 Annual Plan, the Draft Eighth Five Year Plan already available with members of the various Working Groups in the Planning formed the basis against which, the 1990-91 Annual Plan had been discussed. |
