| Abstract: | From Introductory: The main objectives of this Chapter are to provide with a broad introduction to the nature, objectives and approach of the study. In addition, this Chapter describes the data needs for the study, specifies the availability of databases in terms of their sources, characteristics and limitations, and justifies the need for collecting primary data from a random sample survey of colleges. These descriptions and specifications form the inferential foundations for the results and conclusions of this study. |
