Abstract

Education is a continuous, dynamic and a growing process. There is so much of development in the field of science and technology that it is believed that knowledge doubles itself within a period of five years. University and Higher Education is to play a vital role in the changing socio-economic of the Society to meet the growing aspirations of the public in general and intelligentia in particular. No scheme or plan can be successfully executed unless its goals/targets are precisely defined and sufficient resources made available to achieve the targets aimed at.
