Abstract

From Introduction: The National Staff College for Educational Planners and Administrators was set up primarily to provide training, to organise seminars and conferences, to undertake research, to offer consultancy service to State Governments, to provide, on request, training facilities to other countries, especially of the Asian Region and to act as a clearing house of information in the field of educational planning and administration.
