Abstract

From Foreword: Statistical Abstract of Punjab, which is brought out annually, is a major publication of the Economic and Statistical Organisation, Punjab. The Statistical Abstract of Punjab contains comprehensive information on a wide range of socio-economic aspects of the State. The time series data and its spatial distribution presented in this volume will be helpful in assessing the progress achieved in different sectors of economy.
