Abstract: The objective of this project is to evaluate and identify suitable PPP structures that can be practically implemented in Maharashtra to improve the educational scenario in the state. The various structures so identified are further supplemented by inclusion of detailed Term Sheets that serve as reference for authorities undertaking PPP projects in the state and help in implementation and monitoring of the PPP projects. This toolkit is thus designed to assist the state and district educational authorities in deciding the appropriate PPP structure for the identified need scenario, and also plan out a roadmap for effective implementation of the same.
