The First part of the document gives general view of academic set up, their various physical aspects vis-a-vis masses for the welfare of whom our government has always expressed, designed and worked to make us educative, competitive to enter a new era with hope, confidence and intelligence, for the government feels mental capabilities and sound health can only make our nation stronger to face this world of science.
