dc.description.abstractThe Conference of Education Ministers held on August 10-11, 1977 adopted resolutions on Universalization of Elementary Education in India. The State Govt. were requested to prepare Master Plan for the implementation of the programme. In accordance with the decisions of the Conference and of the Working Group on Universalisation of Elementary Education, Education Department of Govt. of Mizoram Union Territory has decided to prepare Master Plans to cover the whole of Mizoram during five years of the 6th Plan to universalise Elementary Education.en_US
