| Abstract: | From Foreword: All India Educational Survey (AIES) have been useful sources of data in Educational Planning and formulation of educational policies in school education. The data of these Surveys are being used widely by planners, researchers, social scientists and educationists. The present Survey is the 7th in the series and has been re-named as All India School Education Survey (AISES) to specifically indicate its scope. This Survey provides data with reference date September 30, 2002. The most important feature of this survey is that the data of this survey will be hosted on the website. Any individual can look into the data of any village, urban area or school he or she desires. |
