Abstract

From Foreword: This analysis of the HSLC examination Result is done with the intention to create an awareness to the schools of their actual performance in the HSLC examination. It is commonly heard that Schools usually judge themselves from the over all the percentage of pass and assess their yearly performance accordingly. This is from the quantitative point of view. But in the modern competitive world where the search for quality is the crying need of the hour what is more important is the qualitative aspects of education.
