| Abstract: | From Synopsis: A Project for development of Primary Education in Malappuram, Wayanad and Kasargode District of Kerala State is prepared ton the basis of guidelines issued by Government of India on 1981-93. Universalisation of Elementary Education by 2000 A.D and acrhievement of MLL in Primary Education are the goals of the projects. The important issues and problems existing in the Primary Education have been identified and the interventions to tackle them are elaborated in the detailed project report for each District enclosed with this report. |
