| Abstract: | In letter No. F. 8-29/56-T. 1 dated 31st July 1956 from the Ministry of Education, Government of India, it has been indicated that the Visitor desired to have the views of the Council of the Institute on the various recommendations made by the Reviewing Committee set up by him during 1955. Accordingly, the Council begs to submit the following views and observations for the Visitor’s consideration. The Council is thankful to the Visitor for giving it an opportunity to consider the Report and to express its views thereon. |
