Krishnan, University of Kerala, Prof. K. S . L. Panikkar, Chief Evaluation Officer, and Dr. P. K. Gopalakrishnan, Member-Secretary, State Planning Board was constituted to undertake a study of the problem of unemployment in all its aspects with a view to suggesting remedial measures capable of creating an immediate impact.	en_US
