| Abstract: | From Introduction: This publication which is brought out annually, gives a detailed analysis of Budget Provisions made by various States and Central Ministries for the development of education during 1986-87. As per set pattern, Budget documents for 1986-87 include the Revised Estimates for 1985-86 and Actual Expenditure for 1984-85 for various programmes of education being implemented in the States and at the Centre. The information contained in this publication has been derived from Demand for Grants of the Central Ministries and the Budget Documents of the States and Union Territories as presented in the State Legislatures. |
