| Abstract: | From Approach and Conclusions: There are many telling figures which reflect the efforts which have been made by the State Government to promote education in the State. The total expenditure on education which was about one-third of a crore of rupees in 1947-48 went upto Rs,22 crores in 1976-77 and would amount approximately to Rs,45 crores according to the Budget Estimates for 1979-80. |
