Selected Indicators of Development in India and Kerala

Abstract

From Preface: The department has been bringing out a number of reports relating to Kerala Economy. Many of them however do not contain data at the All- India level for enabling comparison. It was therefore considered necessary to bring out a brochure on selected indicators of economic development depicting the position of Kerala at the All-India setting. The present one to fulfil the objective was prepared by Smt. K. V. Mariamma, Research Officer and Smt. S. Maya Devi, Documentation Assistant, under the initiative and guidance of Dr. M. Kuttappan, Joint Director.
