| Abstract: | From Preface: The Annual Plan for current year (1999-2000) has been formulated for an outlay of Rs.1750,00 crores i,e, at the level of the Revised Estimates for the year 1998-99. This means that in real terms the outlay during the current year is less than even the last years outlay. Also because of unavoidable increase in Revenue Expenditure, the capital outlay available has gone down this year. |
