Abstract

From Preface: This Publication aims at presenting a bird’s eye-view of the economic situation of the State. It is divided into two parts. The first part gives achievements in various sectors of the economy of the Pradesh during 1981-82 and a brief description of plan programmes for the year 1982-83. The second part contains a few statistical tables on important economic sectors. It is hoped that this Review will serve as a useful prelude to the budget being presented to the Vidhan Sabha.
