| Abstract: | From Preface: The present study is an attempt to forecaste the requirement and availability of trained teaching personnel during the year 1979-80 and Sixth Five Year Plan 1980-85. The study covers J.B.T., J.B.T. (Home-Craft), B.Ed., M.Ed. and D.P.Ed. categories of teachers. This study also depicts the enrolment of students in the primary, middle and secondary level of education. The increase in the number of school teachers during the period 1980-85 has also been discussed in the present study. |
