dc.description.abstractDue to the effective implementation of attractive schemes like Shala Praveshutsav, Vidhya Deep Insurance Scheme and Vidhyalaxmi in state, there is an increase in the number of students. Due to appointing sufficient Vidhyasahayak, students and associated primary schools will have sufficient teachers and due to this quality of education has improved. Vidhyasahayak scheme was implemented in the year 1998 in the state. More Vidhyasahayaks are appointed under this scheme in the schools with monthly salary of Rs. 2500/- and the appointment was done based on merit through open camp. Widow, handicapped and Valmiki were given first priority in this recruitment.en_US
