Abstract

From Introduction: The Appendices to the Budget Memorandum are brought out as a separate publication from the year 1974-75. The transactions relating to the Tamil Nadu Famine Relief Fund is indicated in Appendix I. The particulars relating to the provision made for Tamil Nadu Government Nutritious Meal Programme is shown in Appendix 11. Details of loans from the Central Government are furnished in Appendix 111. The guarantees given by the State Government for the due discharge by some public bodies of certain liabilities incurred by them are indicated in Appendix IV.
