Abstract

From Preface: It is the eleventh issue of Delhi Statistical Hand Book being published by Bureau of Economics and Statistics, Delhi Administration. The response to this publication from the Administrators, Research Workers and other users has been very encouraging. Efforts are therefore made continuously to improve and fill-up the gaps in statistical information so as to make it more useful for the users. In present issue, a set of new tables have been added regarding population Census—1981, giving Scheduled Castes population category-wise—census towns. Economic Census—1980 indicating number & percentage of Non-Agricultural enterprises and Index of Industrial Production in Delhi.
