Goa University Annual Report For The Year 1988-89

Abstract

From Preface: In the fifth and final year of my stay at the University I feel very happy in presenting this fourth Annual Report for the academic year, 1938-89. Education is reconstructing and reorganizing the experiences gained from the past, adding new meaning to those experiences, and Increasing the ability to improve upon what we have learnt. Having these objectives in view, the University did make some progress during the year under review. The most significant change v/a^ the restructuring of the courses at the Mas ter *s degree level,, which was very successfully irrplemented during the current year, 1989-90.
