Abstract

From Preface: The Goa University is happy to present this Handbook for 1990-91 for the use of students and the general public. It contains all relevant information required for seeking admission to different Courses in the University as well as in the various affiliated Colleges and recognised institutions. It is divided into 3 parts. Part I gives information regarding: Courses offered by University Teaching Departments, admission policy, scheme of examination, improvement of Class/performance and general information regarding Ph.D. and M, Phil, degree courses. Part II gives information about the courses offered by non-professional Colleges affiliated to and institutions recognised by Goa University, the admission rules regarding eligibility and scheme of examinations. Part III gives the same information as in Part II in respect of professional Colleges affiliated to Goa University.
