The Director of the Seminar, Dr. L.M. Singhvi, provided a type of leadership rarely available in the country these days. The presence of Dr. Malcolm S. Adiseshiah, Deputy Director-General, UNESCO, throughout the Seminar provided the needed guidance ; his inaugural address served as a reference material for the Seminar, Of course. Dr. M.S.
