Abstract: | From Preface: In today’s world, the importance of education for every individual cannot be stressed enough, in the emerging new economic world order, every nation will have to depend on others for goods and services, resulting in fierce competition by each country for a greater share of the world trade. In such a situation Third World countries would find it very difficult to survive. For India to cope with this new onslaught of the more developed world it is n6cessary that she must, among other things, also equip herself by having a well educated, well trained population, that has an eye for excellence and its priorities clear in terms of a desire to serve the larger interests of the nation-community |
