Abstract

From Preface: viewing the rapid expansion of education in the State, particularly in the field of School Education and the new activities that have been started this booklet is designed to present a bird's eye-view of all such activities with facts, figures and diagrams wherever found team of vital importance. Inspite of the great care and effort that have gone into the compilation of data a few inaccuracies may have inadvertantly crept into this biochure. I hope to rectify them in the next edition and make it more useful and exhaustive to the personnel of the Department as guidelines Interalia to the public for information and to Government as submission of report.
