| Abstract: | These regulations shall apply to (a) all universities established and /or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a Provincial Act or a State Act. (b) all institutions, other than technical institutions, declared by notification under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act to be deemed to be universities (c) all colleges other than technical institutions, including autonomous colleges. |
