dc.description.abstractA Committee for drawing up a development plan for Jharkhand was set up on 1st November 2010, with the mandate of preparing a report. This Committee consisted of Bibek Debroy, Laveesh Bhandari and Vishal Singh. The Committee has benefited enormously from talking to people in and outside Jharkhand, in and outside Ranchi, from within the government and from outside it. This report is thus based not only on the inputs of the three Committee members, but also the collective wisdom of all these individuals and organizations.en_US
