Abstract

From Foreword: For making realistic and cohessive career choices a direct positive correspondence between the aspirations and abilities is imperative. Besides this the knowledge about the avenues available also play a vital role. For assisting our potential work force in making right and appropriate career choices/decisions. Education Department of U.T CHD has set up Guidance & Counselling Department to provide information about different careers, educational & training facilities available in India. Besides providing information service, it also provides testing service lot recognising one's aptitudes, abilities and interests, in our endeavour to disseminate upto date information, we collect and compile information from all medias and sources.
