dc.description.abstractFrom Foreword: The Ministry of Home Affairs constituted a Working Group on Monitoring and Evaluation of Tribal Development and Development of Backward Classes sector in July, 1978, A copy of Government order constituting the Working Group is at Annexure I. The Working Group submitted its Report in July, 1979 and this has been accepted by the Ministry. The Report has been sent to the State Governments add Central Ministries for implementation, as seen from copies of letters at Annexures II and III, respectively.en_US
