Odisha Aided Educational Institutions’ Employees’ Retirement Benefit (Amendment) Rules, 2013 (Draft)

Abstract

The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Odisha Aided Educational Institutions’ Employees’ Retirement Benefit Rules, 1981, which the State Government propose to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of Section 27 read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Odisha Education Act, 1969 (Odisha Act, 15 of 1969), is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of Section 27 of the said Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Odisha Gazette.
