The idea in preparing the report has been to provide a base for future planning ,which would never been so compelling as at present. For quite some time,education has been receiving attention to improve the educational standards and to expand facilities to rural and remotest islands with limited resources to achieve the goals by utilising the available resources to the fullest extent.en_US
