The Utkarsha Abhijan is an initiative whereby the students at the primary level will be assessed to get a preliminary idea of their learning levels and through the process, awareness will be generated on “quality education” amongst teachers, guardians, government officials at different levels and the community at large. The entire exercise will be taken up in a cooperative mode in a congenial atmosphere and care should be taken to avoid any fear or mental pressure on the children. The assessor will complete the process with the taking of the Mid-Day Meal with the children and teachers of the school.Eng
