Abstract: | The Finance Minister began to meet various stakeholders in January 2012. Representatives of various Agriculture Groups were the first to meet the Finance Minister. This was followed by meetings with various Trade Union lobby groups, Social Sector groups, State/UT's Finance Ministers and representatives of Banking and Financial Institutions. In February, he met with leading Economists and representatives of Indian Business and Trade. |
