The vocational Training system under the Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) is one of the most comprehensive systems in the country. Under the system, the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) and Apprenticeship Training Scheme (ATS) are two important schemes. The CTS provides structured institutional training while the ATS is a combination of institutional and on-the-job training in which the trainees are exposed to industrial environment. The schemes are interlinked and dovetailed to achieve more effective results.en_US
