Abstract: | The Government of India established during the mid-1960’s four Technical Teachers’ Training Institutes at Bhopal, Calcutta, Chandigarh and Madras in order to train technical teachers for the polytechnics. These institutions have been functioning for nearly a decade now. The Union Education Minister appointed a Committee to review their performance and suggest their future development. |
