Abstract

It is observed that a section of educational institutions are forcing the scheduled caste students to pay admission free and other non-refundable charges at the time of councelling or during admissions in blatant violation of the prescribed instructions of the government. The eligible SC students usually face problems during the admission process since authorities concerned particularly at privately managed Colleges don't implement Punjab Government instruction.
