Policy on Public Private Partnership-Notification

Abstract

In order to facilitate and promote increasing role of Public Private Partnership in the creation of new infrastructure assets as well as for the management of existing ones, the Government of Mizoram proposes to lay down an explicit and a comprehensive policy. The policy detailed herein will put in position a broad framework for implementation of PPP in the State in physical and social infrastructure and provision of various services while being sensitive to public needs.
