| dc.description.abstract | The prime objective of preparing this is to improve the State Statistical System, with funding from the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Government of India under the India Statistical Strengthening Project (ISSP). The above Plan has been prepared through a process of consultations carried out by the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, the concerned Line Departments of the State Government and the Consultants.
