Guidelines for Project Formulation. Total Literacy-UEE Campaigns

Abstract

These’guidelines are not prescriptive but are in the nature of principles to be borne in mind to enable planners to think through the objectives and the processes involved in the formulation and implementation of the project plans. They are necessarily subject to adaptation and change according to the socio-economic cultural specificities and uniqueness of the district concerned.
