The Guidelines would be a ready reckoner for the academicians and administrators for executing their duties and responsibilities realting to the Act. However, the guidelines are not holistic prescription and hence the Central Act, State Rules, and the G.Os released so far need to be kept in mind in the implementation of the RTE Act.en_US
