| Abstract: | HAQ: Centre for Child Rights is a Delhi based NGO, working towards the recognition, promotion and protection of rights of all children. HAQ seeks to focus on children in a holistic way – as Actors in our society, as Citizens of Today and as Adults of the Future. Our work is directed towards mainstreaming child rights in governance and in all development actions. HAQ believes that realization of children’s rights can only be possible when political commitments are backed by adequate financial commitments. |
